Coronavirus (COVID-19) update for our customers

The safety and well-being of our customers, team members and suppliers is Kitchen Mania’s number one priority. We’d like to let our customers know what we’re doing to reduce the risk of our team and our community becoming unwell.  
Our focus remains on preparedness, prevention and care. As a result, we have put in place a number of measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 to any of our customers, team and suppliers.

As you will be aware, New Zealand is in Phase 3 of the Omicron response plan and at Orange in the COVID Protection Framework (traffic light system).

What this means for our customers:

Our staff are all back in the workplace and our factory is fully functioning.  We are following strict hygiene precautions including mask use and remaining at home if staff are unwell.

If you are having a designer in your home, booking in a site measure or installation during the orange traffic light setting:

-      Our teams will be checked to confirm they are free of any respiratory, cold or flu symptoms.

-      We will check that you, and your family are free of any respiratory, cold or flu symptoms.
